| Administrative History | Established 2004, membership consisted of the Management Team and Chairs of the External Relations, Professional, and Science Standing Committees. Its terms of reference were:
i. review budget proposals for the forthcoming year;
ii. examine that budget in the context of a 5-year forward look;
iii. identify the scope for cost savings, cessation or reduction of activity, or development of additional income to fund new initiatives
iv. to submit a budget for the forthcoming year and a 5-year forward look to the Management & Finance Committee for consideration and recommendation
to Council.
Succeeded by the Finance & Planning Committee in 2010. |
