ProvenanceAccording to the AGM of 1946, a gold snuff box set with mosaic, the gift of the Czar Alexander of Russia in 1825 to Dean William Buckland in acknowledgement of a copy of his 'Reliquae Diluvinae' was presented to the Society by Mr C W Gowthorpe.
