Drawn as part of the research for Louis Agassiz's 'Recherches sur les Poissons Fossiles' (1833-1843/1844) but not always published. |
| Arrangement | The historical arrangement (if there was any) of this series has mostly been retained, however some of the drawings are marked with numbers which indicate a working batch reference for the artist. Where these occur, ie within the drawings of the collection of Captain Theobald Jones, they have been reordered. The historical reference is noted in the Alt Ref and Museum Ref fields. |
