DescriptionFifteen watercolour and pencil studies of teeth and other fragments of various fossil fish including Poecilodus sublaevis and Chomatodus cinctus, probably by Joseph Dinkel, 1841. Found in Carboniferous Limestone, Armagh, from the collection of Captain Theobald Jones. Note: drawing 8 is annotated 'Enniskillen' so may have originated from the collection of William Willoughby Cole, 3rd Earl of Enniskillen. Sheet size: 385mm (w) x 232mm (h).
