Administrative HistoryThe Ordnance Survey sheets nos.1-2 are likely to have been used to compile Wood jnr's paper on glacial and postglacial deposits which was read before the Society 19 June 1867, see: LDGSL/712/1. Ordnance Survey sheets nos.47-51 relate to the collaborative project with Frederic William Harmer, see: LDGSL/714.
