| Description | Student Instructional Tour to southern England and Wales, 1959. Comprises: typescript itinerary including field guide with maps and list of attendees. A second copy, in poorer condition with some annotations, includes sheets which were given out on the trip on fossils and stratigraphy.
Also, eight Kodachrome 35mm colour slides taken during the Students Instructional Tour of 1959 by Roger Wallis, one of the attendees, showing the tour group in quarries and on beaches in South Wales and the Forest of Dean. |
