Administrative History | The Management and Finance Committee formed out of the Finance Committee in 1998, and was initially known as the Management and Finance Board. It was made up of a number of Council members, and its role was to advise Council about the management of the Society (in areas such as policy and premises), produce annual revenue and capital budgets, produce final accounts for the Trustees, and ensure the Society's money and investments were correctly managed. It ceased to exist in 2011. |
