Description	Second supplemental Royal Charter, issued on 17 July 2026. On vellum with seal in solander box. Also seven copies, with covering letter, of printed versions on paper of the Royal Charter, dated 10 March 2026.
Administrative History	Following a review of the Charter and Bye-laws special working group, both the Royal Charter and Bye-Laws were revised. Most of the changes concerned updating and modernising the language but also the reduction of the size of Council from 23 to 14.
