Administrative HistoryThe volumes of the Transactions of the Geological Society (1811-1856) were digitised in order to be added to the Society's Lyell Collection between 2008-2009. The digitisation company SDS sent copies of the illustrative plates separately to the Library. The quality of the scanning can be variable, as all pages have been made black and white and simplified.
ProvenanceSent by SDS to the Library of the Geological Society in 2009.
