| Administrative History | The Medal (which was retired in 2012) was 'to recognise young talent, the future of our industry, the Petroleum Group will make an award each year at the Petroleum Group Annual Dinner. Nominees should be under 35 and either have already made a significant contribution to the understanding of petroleum geoscience or be an emerging talent who is making a significant impact in the field.'
