Also 16 mostly unpublished typescript reports/extracts by various authors on Karamoja, Uganda, produced for the Geological Survey of Uganda, 1935-1969.
Administrative HistoryRoy Taylor worked for the Geological Survey of Uganda between 1953-1963 but left the country when the political situation changed.
ProvenanceSeries 1-9 donated by the family of Roy Taylor, June 2023. The 16 reports in series 10 were part of the Hunting Technical Services Library collection which was broken up in the 2000s.
ArrangementRoy Taylor's reports were mostly filed in a rusted ringbinder and had no discernible order. They have therefore been placed in order of the author's reference where known. The Hunting Technical Services Library material has been placed in chronological order.
