Administrative HistoryDe la Beche collected trilobites around Builth in April 1819 and gave a copy of the print to GSL in March 1820. The larger specimen was figured as Ogygia buchi in Murchison's 'Silurian System' (1839) pl 25, fig 2, when it was in Charles Stokes' collection. The smaller specimen, the trilobite Geragnostus mccoyii, is perhaps the earliest illustration of a British agnostid.
ProvenancePresented by De la Beche, 30 March 1821.
