Description
Monchrome pencil and wash drawing of the fossil fish Platysomus gibbosus Agassiz, by Charles Weber, [1831]. Found in Reichelsdorf, from Munich Museum. Drawing has various annotations in pencil, including early attempts at a genus 'Tribus: Pycnodontes Agas' and species 'Stromateus [illegible] de Bl'.
