Description
Watercolour and pencil drawing of the caudal fin (tail) of the fossil fish Microdon elegans Agassiz, by Charles Weber, Neuchatel, [1831]. Found in Solnhofen, from Munich Museum.
Weber's signature also states '29' but this appears to be a running count of drawings made rather than a date.
