DescriptionWatercolour of a complete specimen of the fossil fish Leuciscus papyraceus Agassiz [published as Leuciscus papyraceus Bronn], possibly by Joseph Rössert, [?1833-1835]. Opale de Bilin [Bilina, Czech Republic]. According to caption by Agassiz, the specimen is from the collection of the Museum of Prague, however the published text states that it's existence was communicated by Professor Sternberg. [Sheet is annotated by Agassiz, 1841]
