Administrative HistoryThe drawing is marked 'undescribed' which has been crossed out, probably indicating that it was part of the original commissioned artwork for Louis Agassiz's 'Recherches sur les Poissons Fossiles' (1833-1843/4). The specimen, which at that time was unique, is referenced in volume 2, part 2, p128.
