Administrative HistoryThe drawing may originally have been commissioned for J LR Agassiz's 'Recherches sur les Poissons Fossiles' (1832-1843/4) as it was originally titled 'Coelacanthus granulatus Ag'. The name was scored through and subsequently changed.
