| Description | Murchison correspondence: letter from William HUTTON, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, 2 Jul 1834. Re: Will suppose his paper on the origin of coal will be printed by the Society in the next few years and desires that he should be allowed to correct the proofs, and for the artwork to be prepared from the actual microscopic sections by the engraver; BA meeting in Edinburgh; just completing a large building for a museum at Newcastle and wonders if any of Murchison's friends could donate fossils. |
