Description'A synoptical view of the Inland Navigation between Bristol, South Wales &c and London, by the River Avon, the Kennet and Avon Canal, and the Rivers Kennet and Thames'. Engraved sheet, showing the canal network between the areas around the Bristol Channel and London, including the first branch of the Avon and Gloucestershire Railway. Underneath is a section indicating the heights of the various canal locks, and tables giving detailed information on the construction of each canal and the goods carried. Annotated by George Bellas Greenough "recd from Col Page Nov 30 1833".
