Description
Secretary's In Letters: from Joseph PRESTWICH, Kent Terrace, London, 12 May 1865. Re: Has borrowed the minutes of the Brixham Cave Committee to prepare an abstract; has left a box of flint specimens in the Library; enquires if there is a set of plans and sections of Brixham Cave which were prepared by Mr Bristow.
Administrative History
The Brixham Cave Committee was set up by the Geological Society in 1859 to oversee the excavation of the site. The final report was written by Joseph Prestwich.
